Appetizers

Fruit and cheese display: includes a variety of cheeses, in season fruits, and crackers

Passed Appetizer: a selection of 4 appetizers (can include one seafood selection) that will be passed by our attentive staff.

Coffee Bar
* $3.00 per person
regular and decaf coffee, half and half, sugar chopped chocolate, mocha whipped cream, and a selection of gourmet coffee syrups. Our coffee bar is self service. Therefore, coffee must be ordered for the amount of guests attending your event.
Desserts
$3.00 per person: cookies, brownies or bars
$6.00 per person: Plated desserts
Cakeage fee- $2.00 per person. The cakeage fee is waved for our wedding clients.
Corkage fee- we do not charge a corkage fee. In addition, for weddings, we will sugar the rims of the champagne glasses and serve your guests before the formal toast.

Gratuity
The standard gratuity for catering is 15%-18%. We feel that gratuity is a reflection of our service; therefore, tipping is left to the discretion of our client.

Deposits and payments
A $500 non-refundable deposit is taken to secure the services of The Perfect Palate for your event.
The next payment is due 2 weeks prior to the date of your event, at which time, we require approximately 50% of the final bill. The last payment is due in full on or before the day of your event. A final invoice will be provided at that time.
***There will be a $150.00 late fee charged per week for late payments unless previous arrangements are made.

Guest Count
2 weeks prior to your event, we will need to know the number of guests attending. The number of guests can go up within 24 hours of your event: however the number cannot go down due to expenses incurred.
