An interest in fine cuisine, an uncanny ability to translate people's desires into food and service of the highest quality, eye-appeal, and pleasure.

Oh, sure, it's been tough at times, even stressful, but what always makes it worthwhile are the smiles on the clients' faces, the sounds of glasses clinking in celebration and joy, the sighs of satisfaction when people are truly happy with their experience. Carmen lives for these moments.
